You can help support your liver’s detoxification process by eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Sulfur-rich foods like onions, garlic, and the cruciferous family veggies (broccoli, kale, collard greens, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, etc.) are especially helpful. Fruits and Veggies are also a great way to get lots of fiber, which helps remove toxins in your digestive tract. If that’s not enough to inspire you to eat better, maybe artist Ju Duoqi’s veggie remakes of classic art work will help! Bon Appétit!
