You can help support your liver’s detoxification process by eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Sulfur-rich foods like onions, garlic, and the cruciferous family veggies (broccoli, kale, collard greens, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, etc.) are especially helpful. Fruits and Veggies are also a great way to get lots of fiber, which helps remove toxins in your digestive tract.
